Pete Gross

President

Pete Gross is the President and Owner of Airport Enterprises which operates Contract Aicraft Technicians (aka CAT Aerostaffing).  Along with CAT, he also owns Dillon Flying Service in Dillon, Montana and Backcountry Flying Experience which operates from Whitefish Lake and Kalispell, Montana.

He's an A & P, IA and Private Pilot who has been working as a mechanic on aircraft and race cars since his early teenage years.  

Pete believes in hard work and hand-shake agreements.  Taking care of mechanics and customers and building a network of both is his mission.

Steve Crenshaw

Business Development Director 

Steve's primary role is to serve our customers.  His job is to determine their staffing needs and then provide well qualified candidates who are eager to perform.  He spends much of his time vetting applicants and ensuring they are fully aware of what our customers expectations are.  

Before entering the aerostaffing world, Steve spent 17 years in the aerospace industry.  Employed with multiple subcontracting companies, he managed OEM and airline accounts including Alaska Air, Textron, Piper, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Sikorsky and Robinson Helicopter.

Carl May

South East Business Development and Recruiting Manager

Carl works to attract top talent for our aviation clients as well as build and grow our market position in the aviation staffing industry by identifying new clients and building strong customer relationships and to help our clients achieve their long-term organizational goals.  Carl worked directly in the aviation industry both as a technician and a Production Planner and Repair Station Manager for a combined 12 years. 

Carl has been working as a Sr Recruiter for Major staffing companies as well as doing RPO corporate recruiting for both large and small aviation companies for more than 7 years.  He has experience in both direct placement and contract recruiting for mid and sr managers, engineers, cleared professionals, aircraft technicians, quality professionals, corporate finance, and IT professionals.  

Carl has lived in the South East for over 20 years and enjoys traveling and meeting new clients, outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, skiing and hiking, going to outdoor festivals and concerts and enjoys all types of music and movies.
